Teacher Assistant - Barnet - Primary School - Immediate Start - Salary Dependant on Experience

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant at a primary school located in Brent. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a positive and nurturing environment. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the academic and social growth of our students. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson preparation, helping individual students or small groups, and ensuring that the classroom runs smoothly.

About the Role - Teaching Assistant - Brent

  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
  • Work with students on a one-to-one or small group basis, providing additional support where needed.
  • Help with classroom organisation and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Encourage students to be engaged, motivated, and confident in their learning.
  • Assist with the preparation and supervision of classroom resources.
  • Support in interventions for students who have SEN or challenging behaviour needs.
