This is a 12month Fixed Term Contract opportunity

We are looking for a Head of Customer Data Integration to join our team and lead the data engineering teams that enable world class data science by driving designing and delivering leadingedge userfriendly data architectures managing key stakeholder relationships and driving effective data governance and cost efficiencies.

A bit about the job :

As the Head of Customer Data Integration you will set the vision for the M&A Customer Data & Analytics integration in the Aviva target data ecosystem. Articulate the vision in a longterm roadmap that can be executed and delivered through incremental transitions that unlock value from M&A through value prioritised business adoption. At the heart of the role is the ability to work cross functionally with business technology and data product teams to set a firm direction to achieve the desired outcomes while maintaining flexibility in how they are delivered.

Skills and experience were looking for :

• Proven experience leading multiple large scale data projects
• Technical background in data & analytics and a platform product mindset are of essence
• Proven experience in defining data operating models and the ability to articulate the value of data to the enterprise
• Expertise in the development and leadership of teams to world class technology solutions
• Senior stakeholder engagement in a complex organizational structure
