OTE : £45,000+pa

Plant Fitter Job Details

Basic Salary : £37,396pa + Work Van

Working Hours : Monday-Friday - 08 : 00-16 : 30 (Flexibility in hours)

Location : Eccleshall

My client is looking for a skilled fitter from a plant / agricultural or commercial truck & trailer background with a mechanical mindset who can turn his hand to work on a variety of equipment ranging from tower lights, winches, cables, dumpers, welfare units, excavators, trailers, and telehandlers.

Responsibilities of a Plant Fitter

• Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards
• Professionally and effectively checking and diagnosing mechanical problems
• Repairing and replacing of faulty parts
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
• Conducting routine maintenance in line with company standards
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including safety checks, implementing safe working procedures, and escalating further concerns to supervisor / plant operation manager
• Ensuring high quality company standards and understanding the impact of great customer service
