Temporary Hybrid Employee Relations Advisor

Location : Hybrid (mix of remote and in-office work in Alcester)

Contract Duration : 4 weeks minimum

Hourly Rate : £17 - £19 per hour

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for Employee Relations? We are looking for a Temporary Employee Relations Advisor to join our team and provide expert support for a 4-week assignment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide advice and support on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issuesSupport managers in the handling of investigations, hearings, and outcomesAssist with the implementation of HR policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with employment law and best practicesManage employee queries and provide general HR support as requiredMaintain accurate records of all ER casework and correspondenceWhat We're Looking For :

Proven experience in Employee Relations or a similar HR advisory roleStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsA proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solvingAbility to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressureCIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred, but not essentialWhat We Offer :
