Position Overview :
We seek an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 3-4 years of postgraduate experience in fit-out and joinery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to join a forward-thinking team where your skills and ideas will be valued.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for fit-out and joinery projects
- Perform accurate estimating of project costs, materials, and labour
- Manage project finances and ensure cost control
- Conduct risk management and value engineering
- Prepare bills of quantities, schedules, and project documentation
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and prepare financial reports
- Collaborate with site managers and clients to achieve project goals
Requirements :
3-4 years of post-graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor in fit-out and joineryStrong knowledge of cost management, estimating, and contract administrationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency with industry-standard software such as Evaluate & ProcoreStrong communication and negotiation abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat we Offer :
