Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Coleraine to recruit a number of Accountants - these can be experienced or newly qualified accountants.

In this role, you will be tasked with providing a high-quality accounting service to a wide range of clients, covering both management and financial accounts. This hands-on technical and added value role will allow you to utilize extensive technical skills along with the softer side of account management. You will work with a growing and well-qualified team of accounting professionals and be encouraged to learn and develop new skills and attributes.

Responsibilities include :

• Assisting with accounts preparation
• Tax preparation for income, corporate & VAT returns from information provided by clients
• Review of tax computations and tax returns for client businesses and individuals as required
• Responding to client queries and giving advice accordingly
• Managing external and internal compliance to meet deadlines
• Corporation tax returns
• Preparation of quarterly tax reporting
