Digital Media Manager - UK Market
As Digital Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence for the company’s portfolio across the UK market. You will oversee digital strategy, execution, and management of media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and regulatory guidelines.
This position will also manage social media channels and influencer programs while working closely with internal teams and UK distributors to support sales and marketing initiatives. The role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Belfast or the UK, and you will report directly to the European General Manager and collaborate with teams across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management :
- Develop and maintain the social voice for the company’s portfolio across all digital platforms in the UK, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars that support brand initiatives, ensuring all content is on-brand and consistent with regional guidelines.
- Oversee social media content creation, scheduling, and performance analytics.
- Manage and grow social media engagement, focusing on the UK market, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Digital Campaign Management :
Lead the development and execution of digital media strategies across the UK market, ensuring consistency with global brand messaging.Implement and manage digital activations at major UK venues, coordinating efforts to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.Collaborate with UK distributors to align digital marketing strategies with sales and trade marketing initiatives.Support paid social and digital campaigns, providing analysis and recommendations to optimize performance.Develop social media organic benchmarks and produce monthly custom reports to track performance, KPIs, and ROI.Influencer Program & Event Support :
Manage influencer programs, including outreach, relationship building, and strategy, to increase brand awareness and engagement.Collaborate on the execution of digital and social initiatives tied to UK-based events and activations, ensuring seamless integration with larger brand objectives.Budget Management :
Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget for the UK, ensuring effective resource allocation for campaigns and activations.
Brand & Regulatory Compliance :
Ensure that all digital marketing activities comply with alcohol marketing guidelines in the UK.Maintain adherence to the company’s brand guidelines across all platforms and campaigns.Team Collaboration :
Collaborate with various departments across the business, including sales, marketing, and external vendors, to meet the company’s objectives and align on deliverables.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree.3-5 years of related experience in digital marketing / media management, preferably within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or alcoholic beverages sector.Experience working in the UK market with a deep understanding of its digital landscape and alcohol marketing regulations.Expertise in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and influencer marketing strategies.Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Instagram Insights, SOV Tracking, and Google Analytics is highly preferred.Personal Attributes
