Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for a Tele Researcher to join one of our new local clients within the Call centre sector in South shields for a long term temporary position. The right candidate must have great communication skills and be comfortable making cold calls and speaking with people from diverse backgrounds.This role will be a temporary assignment running up until Christmas and may be extended through to January.  ResponsibilitiesConduct Phone Interviews / SurveysContact respondents by phone (using lists provided) to gather data.Ensure that all questions are answered clearly and thoroughly.Gather and synthesize information based on research goals.Assist with analysis and report writing as needed.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive dataWork closely with other team members to achieve research objectives.Essential experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Accurately record and input dataClear, articulate, and professional phone manner.Desirable experienceExperience within a contact centre environment however this is not essential.If this role is of interest please apply or for more information please call (phone number removed) or email (url removed)...
