Key Responsibilities :

Manage National Submissions : Ensure all processes are up-to-date with current regulations.
Lead a Team : Motivate and manage your team effectively, ensuring high performance.
Handle FOI Requests : Oversee Freedom Of Information requests diligently.
Scripting Duties : Engage in scripting tasks as required by departmental needs.

Essential Skills :

Ability to adapt quickly to change, which is crucial given the dynamic nature of guidelines surrounding national healthcare submissions.

Team Leadership & Management : Demonstrate proven leadership skills including effective communication, decision-making abilities, and conflict resolution techniques which ensure smooth teamwork operations even during weekends when needed.

Operational Acumen : Understand detailed procedural aspects necessary for precise handling of formal inquiries like FOI requests while also being able to operate under pressure.
