Commis Chef Apprenticeship

Love food? Want to learn? Ready to roll up your sleeves?

You’ll be involved in everything from prepping fresh ingredients to supporting the kitchen team and ensuring top-tier food safety standards. Expect variety, responsibility, and a team that’s got your back.

Some of your day-to-day could include :

Prepping ingredients : veggies, meats, fish

Supporting the chefs during service

Learning high-quality cooking techniques

Stock rotation and kitchen organisation

Keeping your station spotless

Upholding food safety standards like a pro

Duration :  15 months

Outcome :  Commis Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship
