Exciting opportunity for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to work for an established Facilities company based in Cambridge. The company provides maintenance for one of their leading contracts in the area and always aspires to provide a first class service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within Facilities Management. Your main duties will consist of helpdesk, day to day administration tasks, working closely with the Helpdesk Manager chasing documentation / Invoices and answering calls and emails.
