Are you a passionate and dedicated Employability Tutor looking for a new opportunity? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dynamic Employability Tutor to join an educational institution in Grimsby. Responsibilities :

  • Deliver engaging and effective employability skills lessons.
  • Support students in developing CV writing, interview techniques, and workplace readiness.
  • Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Engage in the wider school community and extracurricular activities.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) or significant experience in employability training.
  • Experience delivering employability or career-related education.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A passion for helping students succeed in their future careers.
