Mechanical Assembler

Salary : £32,500 per annum (£16.90 per hour)

Overtime : £25.30 per hour (Available 7 : 00 - 8 : 00 Mon - Fri, 12 : 30 - 5 : 00 Fri, plus weekend work available)

Location : 10-minute drive from Uxbridge

Hours : 37-hour week (Mon to Thurs 8 : 00 - 17 : 00, Fri 8 : 00 - 12 : 00)

Mechanical Assembler Duties :

• Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings
• Assembling complex mechanical sub-assemblies to exact specifications (M3+ bolts)
• Using a variety of hand tools such as ratchets, sockets, torque wrenches, pliers, hex keys, and screwdrivers
• Conducting self-inspections to ensure top-tier quality in every assembly
• Working with MRP / ERP systems (SAP preferred) for basic data entry and tracking
