Youll join a well-established Corporate Finance team and contribute to a wide variety of project work and transactional support. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role offering exposure to the full lifecycle of deals and strategic client advisory.

What Youll Be Doing

Transactional Support

Handling initial enquiries from potential buyers and sellers

Coordinating NDAs and tracking buyer feedback

Attending meetings and site visits with colleagues

Marketing & Business Development

Drafting and updating marketing packs and sale documentation

Creating targeted buyer lists through research and market analysis

Assisting with mailshot campaigns and follow-ups in collaboration with the marketing team
