Local Business Development Manager

Job IntroductionWe are currently recruiting for a Local Business Development Manager to join our Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles dealership in Coventry.The hours of work are 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Benefits include the use of a company vehicle and an uncapped OTE of £50,000.As a Listers Local Business Development Manager you are responsible for managing your own area of influence to source and develop sustainable Local Business sales opportunities in line with the Volkswagen Brand Objectives.You will act as the key contact for potential local business and corporate company vehicle drivers, whilst planning and organising your own sales activities to win new profitable business.Role and ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and targeting new customers through a planned, diligent and measured prospecting processTo create and implement direct marketing initiatives to inspire and create prospect and existing customer interactionManaging and influencing existing customers identifying business growth opportunities for both sales and aftersalesPrepare and manage your fleet database and management reports in accordance with the business and brands requirements for updates and review purposesBuilding lasting and valued customer, supplying partner and team relationshipsAbout you25 days holiday plus bank holidaysCompany PensionWellness ProgrammeSick PayGroup life insuranceStaff discount on car servicingListers Benefits
