Overview

Partner with global teams and clients to drive the successful client onboarding onto Alpha’s Transaction Management service. This role will requires a deep understanding of Transaction Management services and business models, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to create clear and concise documentation.

What you will be responsible for :

  • Utilize standard TM Implementation artifacts (FSOM, CSR, Product & Workflow Inventory, RACI matrices) to support the successful completion of onboarding activities
  • Support the TLM Implementation lead in driving FSOM Discussions through to completion
  • Document any special nuances for Business beyond the FSOM and Interaction Models, but specific to the Products and Workflows of the client that are new / non standard
  • Support the TLM Implementation lead in managing client business requirements, gaps, open discussion items via a standard Implementation ARIAD log / JIRA including capabilities to take lead responsibilities in driving designated issues with direction from the TLM Implementation lead
  • Review Interaction Models within TLM between Client, APS and STT Middle Office to ensure alignment with FSOM and Service Level Agreement documents
  • Lead Ops Governance activities including : Identifying the need for additional resourcing and raising it to the manager's attention timelyEnsure Procedures are written for any non-standard workflows and are signed offEnsuring Procedures are written for any non-standard workflows and are signed offEnsuring TLM specific System Access for users is set up prior to go live and if necessary, specific test phasesEnsure industry utilities (CTM, Alert, TradeNexus, etc.) are set up by BAUCollaboration with the PMO, Project Operational Readiness Teams, and CDIS (Client Data Integration Services) to ensure completeness of counterparty outreach and sign off from counterparties
  • Ensure standard artifacts are properly maintained (i.e FSOM, CSR, Product & Workflow Inventory, applicable RACI matrices)

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry
  • Microsoft Office suite experience
