This is a mental health hospital that provides medium and low secure care for males and females with mental illnesses and / or personality disorders and for males with intellectual / learning disabilities
- To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a current active NMC Pin
As a Nurse your key duties include :
To undertake and manage direct patient careHaving participated fully in the assessmentPlanning and evaluation of care needUndertake the delivery of care, including individual and group sessions, to Agreed quality standards as prescribed by internal procedures and health legislationEnsure effective communication of any concerns relating to patient careSupport and supervise new or junior staffDeputise in the absence of the Ward Manager and their Deputy to manage the staffing and clinical needs of the ward as requiredThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role :
