The Role
As the Workshop Manager / Supervisor, you will :
- Oversee the daily operations of a busy workshop, ensuring optimal workflow and efficiency.
- Manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate scheduling, resources, and parts to meet deadlines and minimise downtime.
- Monitor and improve workshop performance metrics, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with other departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure excellent service delivery.
