Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer looking to make a meaningful impact in a growing and dynamic organization? We're seeking a talented Exchange & Skype Engineer to join our End User Services UK department . In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to work across collaborative systems and applications while supporting high-profile clients.

What you'll be doing :

• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Diagnose faults, manage incidents, and resolve requests promptly to maintain system performance.
• Project Coordination : Support project work, liaise with project managers, and help deliver tasks efficiently.
• Operational Management : Coordinate queues for incidents, problems, and requests, working closely with other teams to meet BAU SLA commitments.
• Infrastructure Projects : Get involved in new IT infrastructure projects that drive innovation.
• Overtime Work : You may be required to work overtime to cover outage slots when necessary.

Please note, you will need to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance to be successfully appointed. This requires that the successful applicant has resided continuously within the UK for the last 5 years, among other criteria.
