Long Term Teachers is currently working with Primary and SEN schools in the Liskeard area and are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to support SEN students.

We are looking for people with previous experience working children in education or have a background in children's care. The ideal candidate would some relevant experience or qualifications but most importantly be passionate about education!

Working as a TA is extremely rewarding and can also be challenging. If you are someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants to make a difference this is the role for you!

Duties include :

Supporting the class teacher with setting up lessons and equipment

working with small groups or 1 : 1 with SEN students

Support students with reading and writing

Assist with behaviour management
