House Manager

We are seeking a House Manager for a five AA red star private house hotel that features eight bedrooms and suites. This beautiful boutique hideaway invites guests to relax, indulge, and enjoy an escape from traditional hotel rules.

• Responsibilities of the House Manager include :
• Ensuring every need of our guests is catered to throughout their stay.
• Collaborating with chefs and the housekeeping team to deliver exemplary five-star service.
• Serving food, drinks, and fine wines, as well as providing concierge-style services such as driving guests across the estate and making reservations.
• Coordinating arrivals and departures, while offering outstanding hosting services at all times.

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week on a permanent contract. Shifts will include evenings and weekends, featuring a mix of early, middle, and late shifts. The uniform is provided and meals during shifts. A full UK driving license is essential, as assisting guests with estate vehicles is part of the role.

29,328 per year, plus a service charge that can reach around £2,500 annually, resulting in a total expected package of approximately £31,800.
