Job Description :

10+ years of working experience on London Insurance Market possessing strong knowledge on end-to-end London Market Bureau Processing. You could be engaged with carrier, broker, underwriter, bureau, or technology organisations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with Client teams to define and document the Business Test requirements.
  • Working closely with Carrier’s and Broker’s Process owners and their teams to understand the current state across responsibilities, ways of working, systems, and processes.
  • Create and maintain Requirement Traceability document.
  • Create test plan and strategy document, test scenarios and test cases / scripts.
  • Execute scenarios and test cases / scripts at various stages of the project to validate the solution design.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users in executing the user acceptance testing.
  • Responsible for driving the QA delivery from offshore.
  • Trace and link business requirements to future state design.
  • Mentoring Team, tracking and status reporting of the progress on the project.
  • The skills you'll need

    You’ll have an analytical mindset, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work. You’ll also need :

  • Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques (Desirable skills)
  • A background in delivering BA / QA projects within the London Market Insurance sector with a strong understanding of E2E bureau processing and ACORD messages.
  • Understand the business processes and data from all actor’s perspective (Broker, Carrier and technical processing).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of handling small size teams.
  • Able to multi-task on variety of assignments and should be organized and minimizes rework in the process.
  • Have a passion to take up responsibilities independently and drive team towards the common goal for successful delivery.
  • Ability to understand data models and structures of complex technology systems.
