Location : CBRE
Rate of pay : £38,000 per annum + 1.5 overtime
Working pattern : Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week - 7am to 4pm / 5pm
Key responsibilities
- Overseeing the hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
- Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and update menu offerings
- Ensuring exceptional customer experiences and addressing customer concerns.
- Taking a hands-on approach during peak breakfast and lunch service hours
- Upholding high standards of cleanliness throughout the establishment
- Conducting regular checks to maintain a safe working environment
- Providing input on promotions, events, and strategies to enhance visibility
Previous experience working within Corporate Catering is essential
