Location : Ely (CB7)

Duration : Permanent

Hours : 37.5 hours, Monday to Thursday - 4 day week!

Salary : £17 - £21 per hour

Polytec are looking for a skilled 5 Axis CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator for our Ely based client.

Responsibilities :

Review parts produced, drawings and instructions to understand required specifications.
Documenting work done accurately and comprehensively.
Monitoring machines to achieve optimum outputs.
Seeking continuous improvement in all processes.

Requirements :

Experience with Fanuc controls.

Excellent CAD / CAM skills, able to program components offline ideally with Hypermill or OneCNC.

Experience with 5 axis programming, setting and operating.

Ability to read and interpret complex drawings.

Excellent team skills, attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities.

Potential to lead a team in the future.
