We are seeking a committed and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and award-accredited SEN school, working with Primary-aged students with SEMH, ASD, and communication needs. With a large, rural landscaped school site that offers free parking and a welcoming team environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference – and could lead to a longer-term role.The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will : Have experience supporting children with SEMH, ASD, or language and communication needsBe confident working 1 : 1, small group settings or supporting the whole classroomDemonstrate strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approachBe flexible, patient and proactive in adapting to students’ needsEnjoy working closely within a collaborative and supportive school teamSEN Teaching Assistant requirements : Previous experience in a similar SEN setting is essentialA valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)Minimum C-grade (or equivalent) Maths & English GCSE or minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualificationExcellent communication skills and a calm, positive attitudeWhy work with Three R's?
