As a Clinical Practice Educator, you will : Provide face-to-face clinical training for care staff in line with the company's competency frameworkDevelop and deliver training presentations, lesson plans, and competency documentsLead the implementation of a robust mandatory training programmeMaintain clinical skills lab and ensure equipment is up-to-dateParticipate in the clinical on-call rotaWork closely with Nurse Case Managers to ensure quality and patient safetySupport carers' development and assess their suitability for providing care
