CNC Grinder

Our client, a leading company in the manufacturing sector, is currently seeking a skilled CNC Grinder to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.Job Overview : The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in programming CNC grinding machines to produce high-quality components. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The CNC Grinder will be responsible for ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities : Develop and optimise CNC programmes for various grinding operationsAssemble components using hand toolsUtilise tooling effectively to achieve desired outcomes in productionSupport metal finishing processes to ensure customer requirements are achievedConduct grinding operations to refine and finish components as neededMaintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulationsCollaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processesJob Requirements : Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role within a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specificationsProficiency in using hand tools and machinery relevant to the roleExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently while also being an effective team playerA commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of workAdditional Information : Hours of work : Monday to Friday, 07 : 00 - 16 : 00 If you are an experienced CNC Grinder looking for a new opportunity in the manufacturing sector, we would love to hear from you.
