Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a critical section of work on the project– the Grade I listed part of a prestigious North Courtyard redevelopment. The works are due to commence promptly, and we’re seeking an experienced individual to manage this detailed and sensitive element of the project.Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day site activities on a Grade I listed building
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Ensure high levels of quality assurance and attention to detail
• Manage groundworks and light RC elements, particularly in the SPA area
• Maintain strict compliance with health & safety regulationsEssential Requirements :
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Asbestos Awareness
• Manual Handling Certificate
• Proven experience working on Grade I or Grade II listed buildings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
