A welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Hounslow is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their team in April 2025 . This is an exciting opportunity to support children with SEND within a mainstream setting , providing tailored learning strategies that help them achieve their full potential.

Your Role :

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of SEN pupils
  • Develop and implement EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans) to track student progress and meet individual needs
  • Work closely with TAs and learning support staff to provide effective classroom support
  • Foster an inclusive and nurturing learning environment that allows every child to thrive
  • Engage with parents and carers to ensure a collaborative approach to student development
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – SEN experience preferred
  • A deep understanding of differentiated teaching methods and inclusive education
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
  • A commitment to professional development and continuous learning
