Our client are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy production plant, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead production supervisors and personnel across a multi-shift system.
• Ensure that production targets are met and address any bottlenecks or delays.
• Provide insightful reports on manufacturing performance to the senior leadership team.
• Analyse processes and implement improvements to optimise production performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain relevance and accuracy.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.What We’re Looking For :
• Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (preferred).
• Proven experience in managing direct reports.
• Knowledge and experience with ISO9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Experience in manufacturing, particularly in chemicals (preferred).
