Job Title : Project ManagerLocation : Southend-on-Sea, Essex - HybridRemuneration : Competitive salary and benefits packageContract Details : Permanent, with visits to client's offices in central London once a weekAre you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join their fantastic team.Responsibilities : Oversee all assigned projects, ensuring adherence to defined processes and meeting client expectationsMaintain up-to-date documentation and manage financial tasksProcess accurate and timely invoicing through agreed client processesLead stakeholders through the project process, ensuring all process steps are followedBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clientsCommunicate project risks and challenges through daily reportingAttend relevant project meetings and create micro critical pathsEscalate any issues to the Director or the Head of OperationsDesired Skills, Qualities, and Experience : Excellent organisational and time management skillsStrong communication skills, written and verbalAbility to prioritise workload against critical path deadlinesProven experience in creating and managing client and internal relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly ExcelQualifications / Requirements : Experience of project management, with external stakeholder managementExcellent communication skills with various stakeholders at different levelsStrong organisation skills to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEnthusiastic, composed under pressure, and a champion of processesProfessional and presentable for client-facing role in a fast-paced environmentReliable team player with a willingness to assist colleaguesComputer literate in Microsoft applications and adaptable to bespoke software solutionsJoin our client's team and be a part of their well-established organisation.
