As a Stockyard Operative at our Sandtoft site, you will be fully trained to become hands-on with the day to day operations of our manufacturing site; operating various equipment and forklifts whilst ensuring high levels of health and safety at all times.
About the Role
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the distribution function with the stockyard
- Provide a helpful and efficient service to our haulage partners, customers and field Sales
- Work closely with our distribution teams to facilitate the timely picking, packing and wrapping of all products prior to collection
- Maintain an excellent standard of housekeeping in accordance with our PIP targets, highlighting any concerns using the quality and hazard reporting process
- Actively take part in any training to enhance your role
- Continually challenge the status quo to drive further improvements

What You’ll Bring
