- Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Support the Reactive Manager with daily administrative tasks related to reactive and planned maintenance, including documentation, compliance checks, material ordering, diary management, and purchase orders.
- Assist with financial administration, such as placing orders, processing, and verifying information to ensure accuracy.
- Track and manage reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring actions and key milestones are met while keeping orders on schedule.
- Act as the main point of contact for administrative communication with clients, providing key data and updates as required.
