Purpose of the Role :
- Successfully manage a portfolio of existing clients, achieving high retention rates by delivering excellent service and strong advice.
- Develop the existing client portfolio by upselling additional service lines to existing Towergate Employee Benefits clients and cross selling to Advisory Insurance Brokers.
- Nurture and convert new business leads from various sources.
- Support the development of team members and support the manager in various tasks
- Work professionally and collaboratively building relationships with consulting, client services and central services.

Business awareness :
Displays a detailed awareness of wider global employee benefits and their application within a benefits programmeAbility to articulate the difference between business risk and people risk, and signpost solutions as necessaryProactively manages a client portfolio against targets for all activities.Ensure that revenue generated is appropriate against time spentTakes ownership for any issues that might occurDelivering to clients :
Takes responsibility and accountability for all complex client work including global benefits design, renewal, recommendation and placement (GBM clients classed as non-advised sales)Expert in presenting global employee benefits concepts to board level client contacts in a face-to-face environmentEnsures that all policy administration is done in a timely and satisfactory mannerTakes ownership of proactive client contact strategy throughout the yearTakes a client-centric approach, developing long term relationships with clients and providers, serves as day-to-day client contact.Leads on collaboration with other TEB departments, delivering solutions to both people and business risksMaintains high levels of client satisfactionProvider Management :
Works in partnership with providers and in-country partners to create best client outcomesNegotiates with providers on behalf of clients to ensure terms meet with clients' objectivesGuides colleagues on pricing methodology based on industry knowledgeBusiness Development :
