The main responsibilities of the Duty Manager are to ensure that our guests are provided with proficient and professional service throughout while meeting and exceeding the guests expectations and to ensure that the daily operation runs smoothly and efficiently.General duties will include : Making daily tours of hotel, taking appropriate action when areas require attentionEnsure that any emergency situations are dealt with in accordance of company proceduresAssist with Reception and Front Office DutiesOverseeing the day-to-day activities at the front desk, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries are handled efficientlyHaving a full and comprehensive working knowledge of the hotelEnforcing hotel policies and proceduresOverseeing the use of technology / IT systemsLiaise with other hotel departments to fulfil special guest requests and seamlessly coordinate servicesThe ideal candidate will have : Proven background within a luxury hospitality environmentPrevious experience of working as a Duty Manager in a 5
