As Group Production and Development Chef, you will be responsible for?food production?for the entire group from our central production kitchen. You will?lead and shape the strategic direction of the food production process, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across all locations. Experience in Indian / Asian cuisine, along with management experience in central production, is essential.

Kricket is a collection of modern Indian restaurants that combine British ingredients with the flavours and aromas of India. Having started in a 20-seater shipping container at Pop Brixton, Kricket now operates permanent locations in Brixton, Canary Wharf, Shoreditch, and Soho, alongside a delivery arm and an award-winning bar concept, SOMA. The group is looking to expand further in London and internationally.
