As a Professional Development Manager at ISOQAR, you'll be the ultimate ISOQAR product champion and be responsible for driving improvements in performance, productivity and quality of work through the delivery of key L&D initiatives. Overseeing the creation and delivery of key L&D initiatives for field and office based teams and managing the Academy department, this is a role offering plenty of variety.
If you're someone with experience of developing and maintaining a continuous learning culture, establishing frameworks to support career development and owning broad upskilling projects across a growing and commercially driven business - this might be the role for you!
What that means day to day
What you’ll need to be successful
You'll have previous experience working within an L&D setting, will be highly familiar with using and managing LMS platforms and possess a solid foundation of knowledge of different teaching and learning techniques. You'll also have experience of delivering training through a variety of workshops, group exercises and individual training sessions.
