They will be responsible for leading compliance and conformance of the IFP product portfolio towards internal and external standards and regulations and ensure we continue to drive excellence in the space of change management and compliance to protect our consumers and our business. This is a unique opportunity to establish a new team and provide thought leadership in establishing the processes, ways of working and capabilities needed to succeed in this complex space. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with product development and / or quality experience together with consolidated team leadership experience, a passion for continuous improvement creating new systems and ways of working in an agile way and with the ability to influence the organization and propel progress especially in the absence of established processes / ways of working. In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to : Innovation & Strategy Development :
- The R&D Compliance Team Leader will be the strategic functional lead responsible for understanding and shaping KC QRC requirements, new legal requirements and directives and then defining how to incorporate these requirements into the IFP R&D ways of working and project execution using a risk based, proactive and preventative approach Innovation & Program Development
- Defining work processes within the IFP R&D organisation to ensure his / her team connects seamlessly with the rest of R&D organisation while achieving the desired objectives of building our capability in the critical areas of compliance and supporting the broader R&D team to ensure we are working at the highest standards Organisational Leadership
- Plays a leadership role in building the required capability in this evolving space across the full R&D team
- Partners with Quality / Regulatory organizations across Kimberly Clark to enable transparency & escalation of R&D quality and compliance issues

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications :
- A minimum standard of bachelor or similar university degree
- A proven track record of successfully leading multiple complex technical innovation projects through change management and design control process up to implementation in the market
- Significant team leadership experience. Established experience in setting-up and successfully implementing new right sized processes and ways of working and ability to quickly respond to changing external requirements
- Strong familiarity with all main readiness factors needed to ensure technical readiness & compliance of new and regulated products (e.g. claims / stability / ...).
- Proven team leadership experience of a newly formed team, fostering seamless collaboration and multi-functional teamwork
- Demonstrated ability to set a vision and engage / influence and communicate with individuals at all organizational levels and drive organizational alignment in areas that often have a lack of data or clarity
