A&G Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Temp-Perm Production Operative to join our well-established client in Avonmouth. In this role, you’ll work in the bagging hall, overseeing machine operations, handling any breakdowns, and resolving issues as they arise.
Position Details :
- Job Type : Temp-Perm
- Immediate Start
- Hourly Rate during the temporary assignment : £12 per hour (day and night shift), PLUS additional £35 per night shift
- Annual Salary when permanent : £32,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience)
- Shift Pattern : 4 on, 4 off (12-hour shifts)
- Shift Times : 05 : 30 AM - 06 : 00 PM, 05 : 30 PM - 06 : 00 AM (30 minutes break)
- Location : Avonmouth (Own transport required due to location)
- Due to the training, the first few weeks would be worked solely on the night shift.
