Job Description

Our client a successful forward thinking company are seeking an experienced Property Manager for their very busy office in Hoddesdon. You will receive exceptional training with ongoing support as well as a brilliant career progression pathway.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience in property management, have excellent organisation skills, and works well within a team as this role will require you to work with the team to manage the portfolio of properties. The role will be based in Hoddesdon, but there may be a requirement to work in their other local office sometimes.

The company are also open to a Property Manager wanting to work part time, but the salary will be pro rata'd.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Salary package and benefits of the Property Manager position include :

• Basic for full time £30,000 - £35,000 DOE (salary will be pro rata'd for part time hours)
• Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6pm (Some flexibility on finish time)
