Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and personable Front of House Manager to oversee guest services at our weddings throughout the peak season. This seasonal role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality who can ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere. The Front of House Manager will lead our service team, handle guest needs, and coordinate event details to make sure every wedding goes beautifully..

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee front of house operations at weddings, managing guest greetings, seating, and the flow of service
  • Work closely with couples, wedding planners, and the event team to meet each couple’s needs and expectations
  • Lead, train, and support front of house staff, setting a high standard for service and professionalism
  • Supervise setup and breakdown of event spaces, making sure everything is ready to a high standard
  • Resolve any guest concerns calmly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all
  • Maintain high standards for health, safety, and quality across front of house operations
  • Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring needed supplies are on hand for each event

  • Requirements :

  • Previous experience in hospitality or events management, preferably with weddings or special events
  • Strong leadership and people skills, able to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and a focus on client needs
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure
  • A friendly and welcoming manner, with a commitment to delivering a memorable experience
  • Seasonal Schedule :

  • Part -time, with peak hours on weekends during the wedding season
  • Role duration : Mid-April to September

    Pay : £200.00-£250.00 per day
