Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and personable Front of House Manager to oversee guest services at our weddings throughout the peak season. This seasonal role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality who can ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere. The Front of House Manager will lead our service team, handle guest needs, and coordinate event details to make sure every wedding goes beautifully..
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee front of house operations at weddings, managing guest greetings, seating, and the flow of service
- Work closely with couples, wedding planners, and the event team to meet each couple’s needs and expectations
- Lead, train, and support front of house staff, setting a high standard for service and professionalism
- Supervise setup and breakdown of event spaces, making sure everything is ready to a high standard
- Resolve any guest concerns calmly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all
- Maintain high standards for health, safety, and quality across front of house operations
- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring needed supplies are on hand for each event
