Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead their Cladding and Facades division. As the selected contractor for a significant project addressing combustible cladding in North London, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of this critical initiative.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the cladding and facades operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and government guidelines.
  • Manage the strip-off and replacement of combustible cladding, delivering within established timelines.
  • Collaborate with delivery partners, including the Greater London Authority, to administer funds and adhere to project specifications.
  • Lead a team of professionals, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the cladding and facades sector.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with external partners and stakeholders.
