Community Reablement Assistant

• 12.19- £12.41 per hour weekdays
• Enhanced rate of £15.51 for weekends
• Full-time, part-time, weekends
• Mileage paid at 45p per mile
• Travel time between clients paid

You will be supporting people within their own homes in rebuilding their confidence and independence, as well as assisting in achieving their personal goals.About youPrevious experience as a Care Assistant / Support Worker or, in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training and ongoing support will be provided.
