They design, manufacture, install and commission industrial process machinery to the food, FMCG and other industrial process industries.Due to a high demand of project work, they are looking for skilled welder Fabricators to support the workload, working in their modern workshop and operating as a key member of their team and positive working environment.As a Workshop Welder Fabricator, key daily duties will include : Read and work from technical fabrication drawingsWorking on varied sized items small, medium & some large steel items and fabricationsWelding on all supporting steel structures and sheet metal fabricationsEnsure all parts are correct and inspected as per bill of materials and inAll MIG – done to a high standard as per company processes and proceduresWorking to safety critical structural standardsEnsure work performed meets production timescalesThe successful Workshop Welder Fabricator will have the following skills : Ideally formal qualification as a fabricator / Welder (not essential)Experience working as a skilled Welder and able to read engineering drawingsUnderstanding of welding symbols and processesExperienced in light, medium and some large structural fabricationExperience in ISO 9606 structural codes (preferable)Overhead crane operating (preferable)Professional and approachableTeam player, attention to detailOwn tools and welding equipment / PPE requiredBenefits : Flexible to work overtime to meet production requirements when requiredOpportunity for future contracts / work with a reputable companyTemp to permanent opportunities availableI am looking to speak to experienced workshop Welder Fabricatorswho are looking for a rewarding and challenging temporary position.
