Property Administrator

Property Addministrator- £28,000 - £31,000Location : Camberley, SurreyHours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am – 5 : 30pmPermanent, Full-Time, Office-BasedWe’re looking for a confident, proactive Property Administrrator to join a growing property company (NOT estate / lettings agents). You'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients and sites in a fast-paced, supportive environment where strong customer service, time management, and problem-solving are essential.Previous property experience is a bonus – but not essential. If you're organised, people-focused, and ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of your property portfolio
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and maintenance works
• Prepare service charge budgets and approve invoices
• Draft and serve S20 notices in line with legislation
• Handle resident meetings, including agendas and minutes
• Manage insurance policies and claims
• Ensure lease terms are adhered to and handle any breaches
• Communicate effectively with residents, developers, and RMCs
• Resolve conflicts and support a smooth-running environment
• Monitor compliance and address necessary actions promptlyWhat We’re Looking For
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management and the ability to multitask under pressure
• Confident, decisive, and proactive approach to work
• Strong administrative and IT skillsDesirable (Not Essential)
• Experience managing residential blocks or RMCs
• IRPM qualification or currently studying
