Permanent, full time Conveyancing Assistant required for a solicitor’s firm based in Wellington, TA21
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- 1 hour lunch break (unpaid)
- 23,000 per annum

Audio typingOpening new files and managing the file throughout the transaction with the fee earnerUpdating client databases – meeting with them to collect ID documents or fees etcSending out client care letters / emails and collating all the forms for the transactionPreparing the file for closing once completion has taken place and archivingThe right candidate
