Key Responsibilities :

As a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and resolving damp and mould issues within the housing stock. Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Conducting thorough property inspections to identify and assess damp and mould problems.
• Diagnosing the root causes of damp and mould issues, including identifying building defects and environmental factors.
• Providing detailed reports with recommendations for remedial works, including cost estimates and work specifications.
• Working closely with contractors to ensure repairs and treatments are completed to a high standard.
• Ensuring all works are compliant with housing regulations, health and safety standards, and best practice guidelines.
