Job Overview :

As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services as part of our multidisciplinary team. Your role will include :

• Managing chronic diseases
• Idealling to specialise in COPD or Diabetes
• Implementing infection prevention and control measures
• Obtaining blood samples
• Electrocardiograms(ECGS)
• Minor and complex wound management including leg ulcers
• Travel health advice and vaccinations
• Child immunisations and advice
• Family planning & womens health including cervical SME
