Call Operative
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Call Operative to join our busy commercial roadside assistance team here at Zenith!
The team are responsible for taking all incoming calls regarding breakdowns, defects and repairs in our commercial fleet, and for escalating these queries to the right points of contact in strict timescales that ensure our customers are back on the road as soon as possible.
This is a busy and fast growing department, and the ideal environment for an individual with previous experience in Customer Service and in managing multiple queries in strict timescales.
Our roadside assistance team are dealing with high volumes of urgent enquiries where immediate assistance is required, so a passion for problem solving and a proven ability to work in an organised and fast paced capacity is absolutely key.
