To support the delivery of our vision we have created a new position for a Sales Manager dedicated to our Home and Living business unit within our UK sales team.This is a field-based role, with our UK office based in Birchwood, Warrington.

Sales Manager UK (Midlands and North of UK)

Role responsibilities for :

Expansion, development and support of existing customers, key account and channels

Building a new customer base and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers

Develop and ensure regional strategy to achieve sales budget and deliver growth targets for assigned territory

Market and competition analysis and active identification of new sales opportunities

Discovering growth opportunities to help the company identify new sales

Effective definition of customer needs and provision of comprehensive solutions

Independent conduct of commercial negotiations

Developing communication with customers and maintaining a positive brand image

Requirements and skills :

Proven track record in sales in the same or similar industry selling to professional retail buyers

Strong strategic and customer focus

Ability to build interpersonal relationships

Passion for sales and openness to new sales opportunities

Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills

Excellent negotiation skills

Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen in relation to contracts and service agreements

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Excellent time management skills

Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and CRM
